We advised Acquco (Vantage Inc.) on the entry into and the subsequent upsizing of its large acquisition financing loan facility provided by CoVenture and other lenders. This debt facility was a part of a $160 million aggregate debt and equity raise for the company. Acquco is an ecommerce platform that focuses on acquiring and growing Amazon Marketplace businesses.
